📸 PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the best result, please upload a high-quality photo that meets the following recommendations:

• The pet’s face is clearly visible
• The photo is sharp and in focus
• The pet is facing the camera or photographed from a clear angle
• Natural or bright lighting is preferred
• Avoid dark, blurry, pixelated, heavily filtered, or distant photos
• Avoid photos where the ears, face, or head are cropped
• Original, full-resolution photos provide the best print quality

We will remove the original background and prepare your pet’s portrait for the design. The heart-shaped sunglasses and selected design colors will be added during the customization process.

The final result depends on the quality and angle of the submitted photo. If the photo is unsuitable, we may contact you for a replacement. A delayed response may extend the production time.

Your requested wording will be printed exactly as entered. We are not responsible for spelling, capitalization, or wording errors submitted by the customer.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed — even if you contact us right away, we may not be able to catch the order before production starts.

If you select the proof option, production will begin only after the design is approved. Delayed proof approval will extend the processing time.
