PHOTO GUIDELINES
For the best printing result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with both faces fully visible.
Photos work best when they are:
• Clear and in focus
• Taken in daylight or bright, natural lighting
• High resolution and not blurry or pixelated
• Centered with both people clearly visible
• Free from heavy filters, shadows, or strong backlighting
• Uploaded in the highest available quality
The photo background will be removed, and the subjects will be converted into a black-and-white portrait. The final crop and positioning may vary slightly depending on the original photo’s composition and quality.
If your photo is unsuitable for the design, we may contact you to request a replacement. Delayed responses or replacement photos may extend the processing time.
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have permission to use it for this personalized product.
PROOF OPTION
If you select “Proof Yes,” a digital design proof will be sent by email before production.
Please review and approve the proof promptly. Production will begin only after your approval is received. Revision requests or delayed approval may extend the processing time.
If you select “Proof No,” the design will proceed to production using the personalization details and photo submitted with your order.
