Choose between a Comfort Colors® T-Shirt and an M&O T-Shirt, then select whether you would like your edited photo in Colorful or Black & White.

✨ HOW YOUR PHOTO IS EDITED

Every submitted photo is individually edited for the selected design:

• The original background is removed to create a clean cutout.
• Film grain and subtle dust effects are added for an authentic vintage appearance.
• The edited image can be prepared in Colorful or Black & White according to your selection.
• The photo may be cropped or positioned as needed to create the most suitable layout.

Because every customer photo is different, the appearance and proportions of each finished design will vary.

✨ HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your preferred shirt type, color, and size from the dropdown menus.
2. Choose either the Colorful or Black & White design option.
3. Upload your photo through the listing’s photo upload section.
4. Enter the requested information in the personalization box.
5. Review your selections, add the item to your cart, and complete your order.

Please make sure the correct photo is uploaded before placing your order.

If you would like to use multiple photos or have a special design request, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

✨ PHOTO GUIDELINES

The quality of the submitted photo directly affects the quality and clarity of the edited design.

For the best result:

• Upload the original, highest-resolution version of your photo.
• Choose a clear, well-lit photo with the subject in focus.
• Make sure the complete subject you want included is visible.
• Avoid blurry, pixelated, heavily filtered, or dark images.
• Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from social media whenever possible.
• Do not upload a photo in which important parts of the subject are cropped out.

If the submitted photo is not suitable for editing, we may contact you and request a replacement. Production cannot begin until all required photos and order information have been received.

✨ DESIGN OPTIONS

Colorful Option:

Your edited photo retains its color while receiving the background-removal and vintage-effect treatment shown in the listing images.

Black & White Option:

Your edited photo is converted to black and white and receives the same background-removal and vintage-effect treatment.

The vintage effect—including film grain and subtle dust—is added to both options. “Colorful” and “Black & White” refer to the color treatment of the edited photo, not whether a vintage effect will be applied.

Please review the separate Comfort Colors® and M&O size and color charts in the listing photos before ordering. Measurements are shown in inches.

For the most accurate fit, compare the size-chart measurements with a shirt you already own and like. Please do not select your size based only on your usual size, as measurements differ between shirt types.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography.

✨ PROOF INFORMATION

If you select the “Proof Yes” option, your edited image will be sent to you for review before production begins.

Please check the photo treatment, Colorful or Black & White selection, cropping, and overall layout carefully. Production begins after your approval has been received, so delayed approval may affect the estimated delivery timeline.

For designs containing seven or more photos, the proof is provided as a layout preview only. Minor differences may occur between the digital preview and the completed product.

✨ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly over the design.
• Do not dry clean.

✨ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Each custom photo shirt is created specifically for your order. Depending on the selected shirt color, production time is either 1–2 or 3–5 business days. Production begins after all required photos and personalization details have been received and, when applicable, the design proof has been approved.

• Orders placed before 5 PM PT begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed after 5 PM PT begin processing within 2 business days.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Shipping time is separate from production time.
• Available shipping services and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
• Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occur. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can help you review the available options.
