Unfortunately, we cannot offer express replacements for packages delayed or lost by USPS.

To meet these deadlines, all required customization details must be provided on the same day the order is placed. If customization information is missing or delayed, we may be unable to complete your order on time, and Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

⚠️ Important Notes

We are working 24/7 to ship all orders before Christmas and are receiving a very high volume of messages. For this reason, we may not be able to accommodate changes (address updates, customization edits, etc.) even if requested shortly after placing your order.

Please double-check all information carefully before submitting your order.

WE DON'T PROVIDE PROOFS OTHER THAN MULTIPLE ORDERS (7+). Customize Your Perfect T-Shirt

PHOTO REQUIREMENT:
Please be aware that photos taken in low-light conditions, at night, distant full-body shots, or screenshots might not yield high-quality prints. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for the print quality of these types of images. Close shot photos are best especially pictures taken in the daylight.

PROOF:
Please check your email within 24 hours after placing your order (proofs are not sent on Friday and Saturday nights; we resume sending them on Sunday nights). You'll have 24 hours to review your proof, so kindly check your spam/junk folder as well. If we don't receive a response within this time, we will proceed with your order as is and won’t be able to make further changes.

You have two revision opportunities, and a third revision may incur an additional charge. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us by email—we're happy to help! 😊

We appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you!

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with your order without approval. If you need additional time, please contact us.

Please note that proofs may delay the estimated delivery date. If you need your order urgently, you will need to pay an extra fee or communicate with us promptly. We strongly urge customers to approve proofs on the first review if they are in a rush.

We appreciate your understanding, as we uphold our fast handling promise.
