HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your preferred shirt style, size, and color.

2. Choose the one-pet or two-pet design option.

3. Enter your custom background text and pet name(s) in the personalization box. The background can say “DOG DAD” as shown or any other wording of your choice.

4. Upload a clear, high-quality photo of each pet using the photo upload option provided within the listing.

5. Select “Proof Yes” if you would like to review and approve the design before production.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the best results, please submit a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo taken from the front.

• Make sure your pet’s face and important features are fully visible.
• Close-up photos with good lighting work best.
• Avoid blurry, dark, distant, heavily filtered, or cropped photos.
• If ordering the two-pet option, you may upload one photo containing both pets or separate photos.
• We will remove the original background and prepare each pet portrait for the design.

The quality and composition of the final portrait depend on the submitted photo. If we need a clearer or more suitable image, we will contact you by email.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold with similar colors.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design.
• Do not dry clean.

✨ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT generally begin production the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT generally begin production within two business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

• Production begins only after all required personalization details and suitable pet photo(s) are received. If you select “Proof Yes,” production begins after your design proof is approved.

• Production time may vary depending on the selected shirt style, color, order quantity, missing information, photo quality, or delayed proof approval.

• Estimated shipping times after production:
Express Shipping: Approximately 1 business day
Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–7 business days

• Shipping upgrades may be available for an additional fee. Upgrading the shipping method shortens transit time only; it does not shorten the design or production process.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur after the package leaves our facility.

• Please double-check your custom background text, pet name(s), uploaded photo(s), number of pets, proof selection, shirt style, size, color, and shipping address before ordering.

• Please submit clear, well-lit, front-facing pet photos. Blurry, dark, distant, cropped, or low-quality photos may affect the final design and could delay production if a replacement photo is required.

• If you select “Proof Yes,” a digital design proof will be sent by email for approval before production.

• Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been placed and are not possible after production begins.

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect details, photos, sizes, colors, styles, or addresses submitted by the customer.

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, please contact us by email and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

• The placement, scale, and cropping of the design may vary slightly depending on the submitted photo, number of pets, personalization length, shirt style, and size.

• Shirt and print colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, garment dye variations, original photo quality, and individual screen settings.
