To make your custom design look amazing, please follow these tips:
• High Resolution: Submit images at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.
• Good Lighting & Focus: Photos should be well-lit and clearly focused on your pet's face.
• Avoid: Blurry, overexposed (too bright), underexposed (too dark), or out-of-focus photos.
• Note: We automatically convert your pet's photo to a clean, timeless Black & White art style for print. You may also submit a photo that is already B&W.
*Note on Multi-Pet Designs: When choosing Style 2 or Style 3, photo dimensions may be adjusted smaller to fit all pets perfectly on the shirt.*

If you would like to review a proof before production begins, please let us know. Please be aware that requesting a proof may extend your timeline, and the estimated delivery date may not apply to orders that include a proof review. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend proceeding without a proof to avoid delays. Once a proof is approved, your order will ship within two business days.
📦 Shipping Information
We prepare and ship every order according to schedule. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is beyond our control. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us and we will help.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Packages returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
