❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I add more than one pet to the shirt?
Yes! You can personalize your shirt with 1, 2, or 3 pets. Simply upload a clear photo of each pet and enter their name(s) during checkout.
What photo works best?
A high-resolution, front-facing photo with good natural lighting and your pet’s full face clearly visible works best. Please check our photo guide images for examples of ideal photos and photos to avoid, such as blurry, dark, overexposed, or out-of-focus images.
Will I see a proof before it’s printed?
During personalization, you’ll be asked, “Would you like to have a proof?” If you select “Yes,” we’ll send you a design preview before production begins. If you select “No,” production will begin without a proof step.
Can I return or exchange my shirt if I entered the wrong name or selected the wrong size?
Since each item is made to order and personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for spelling errors or incorrect size or color selections submitted by the buyer. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
