Please double-check your order details (custom information, quantity, shipping address, and shipping method) before submitting, as changes cannot be guaranteed once your order is placed. Even if you contact us immediately after ordering, we cannot ensure changes can be made. Please note: Requesting a proof may delay production, so the estimated delivery date may not apply to orders that include a proof request.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it without requesting a proof to avoid any delays.
Once the proof is approved, our team will ship your order within two business days. Please request a proof only if this timeline works for you.
