- In Focus & Close Up: Ensure your pet’s face is in sharp focus and clearly visible.
- Avoid: Dark/low-quality lighting, distracting backgrounds, or photos taken from too far away.
📝 HOW TO ORDER (STEP-BY-STEP) 📝
1. Select your "Background Color" from the first drop-down menu.
2. Select your "Drink / Bow Tie Option" from the second drop-down menu.
👉 PLEASE NOTE: If your preferred drink illustration is number 70 or higher, please select the "Over #69 (Write in)" option from the menu.
3. Fill out the personalization boxes:
* Custom Quote: (e.g., "Drinks on me!" or "His & Hers")
* Custom Name: (Your pet's name)
* Signature Cocktail Over #69: (If you selected a cocktail number above 69, enter it here. If 69 or below, you can skip this box.)
4. Upload Your Pet's Photo: Use the "Upload Photo Here" box to attach your pet's photo before adding to cart!

All orders are produced according to the information provided by the customer at checkout. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations resulting from customer errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect design selections, or inaccurate shipping information.

To maintain efficient turnaround times, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Should you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If you would like to review a proof before production begins, please let us know. Please be aware that requesting a proof may extend your timeline, and the estimated delivery date may not apply to orders that include a proof review. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend proceeding without a proof to avoid delays. Once a proof is approved, your order will ship within two business days.
📦 Shipping Information
We prepare and ship every order according to schedule. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is beyond our control. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us and we will help.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Packages returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
