- Customer mistakes are not eligible (incorrect address, spelling errors, wrong design selection)
- Transit issues (lost/damaged) are outside our control — please contact us and we will help

- Please double-check personalization details and shipping address before ordering
- Missing information = delayed production
- Changes/cancellations are not guaranteed after purchase
- Once production starts, no changes can be made

🚚 Shipping & Production Timeline

Processing times are based on Pacific Time (PT)
- Orders before 5:00 PM PT → production starts next business day
- Orders after 5:00 PM PT → production starts within 2 business days

Estimated Delivery:

- Express: 1 business day
- Standard: 4–7 business days (2–4 days for CA)
