To meet these deadlines, all required customization details must be provided on the same day the order is placed. If customization information is missing or delayed, we may be unable to complete your order on time, and Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If you would like to include a baby name or a special symbol, please contact us before placing your order. This allows us to ensure the layout remains visually balanced and helps us recommend the best customization option for smaller text.

3. Custom Requests & Digital Proofs

If you have any special requests or would like to receive a digital proof before production, please contact us directly by email.

Please Note: Depending on your selected design, the number of flowers, and the length of the names, some flowers may naturally overlap to create a bouquet-style arrangement, similar to what is shown in the listing photos.
