PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of each pet. A photo measuring at least 1000 × 1000 pixels is recommended.
• The pet’s face should be fully visible and in focus.
• Front-facing or slightly angled photos work best.
• Choose a photo with good, natural lighting.
• Avoid blurry, dark, filtered, distant, or tightly cropped photos.
• Please do not crop off the ears, head, or important facial details.
• For a two-pet design, upload one clear photo of each pet unless they are both clearly visible in the same photo.
The final design quality depends on the quality of the submitted photo. If a photo is unsuitable, we may contact you to request a replacement. This may extend the processing time.
